Felix Börschlein
Felix is the co-founder of PMX Partners. He is a transformation expert with a proven track-record in managing complex, transformative projects.
Felix began his career in the energy sector, starting in commercial project management before transitioning into the field of IT. Over the years, he has taken on a variety of leadership roles in IT, Digital, and Data Management, consistently delivering value to his clients and stakeholders.
Before establishing PMX Partners, Felix served as Vice President for a leading independent gas, oil, and carbon management company, where he oversaw the delivery of global IT & Digital projects and drove the transformation as well as reorganization of the IT and Digital units.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Information Management from the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University) and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Björn-Oliver Rettig
Björn is the co-founder of PMX Partners. He is an expert for large-scale SAP projects, IT transformations, and SAP operations. With his deep operational expertise and a strategic mindset, he ensures that complex systems integrate seamlessly and deliver tangible business value.
Björn brings a wealth of experience from the industrial manufacturing and energy industries, having held numerous managerial roles within IT, with a strong emphasis on SAP.
Before establishing PMX Partners, Björn-Oliver served as Senior Vice President at a leading independent gas, oil and carbon management company, where he was accountable for the global IT and Digital function.
Björn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Information Technology. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Björn also holds several SAP certifications; e.g., SAP Certified Associate ERP; SAP Certified Associate Reporting, Modelling and Data Acquisition with SAP BW; Integrated Business Processes in SAP S/4HANA.
